  1. The employee will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic business plan for the global supply chain logistics function.
  2. He will work closely with Sales & Marketing to analyze the Group` logistical requirements, manage offsite warehouses and distribution centers, and manage global traffic requirements in support of the production plan and material requirement planning (MRP) and sales forecast.
  3. He will develop and manage warehouse policies, procedures and processes.
  4. He will be responsible for managing carriers, brokers, packaging suppliers, inventory accuracy, and warehouse transactions, in addition to leading all warehouse and distribution systems optimization and department continuous improvement projects.
  5. He will have overall accountability for the Manufacturing Supply Chain function. Focusing on managing cost in the supply chain and implementing inventory management practices.
  6. He will develop and run the required end-to-end product supply chain capabilities in alignment with cost, customer quality/reliability and other key company deliverables.


Qualification & Experience :-


  1. BA/BS degree in a business, technical, or related area is required, Master’s degree in business or business related field is preferred.
  2. 10+ years management experience in logistics, supply chain management or relevant technical/analytical discipline
  3. Experience with ERP systems and processes (forecasting, NPI, planning, supply chain metrics)
  4. Good knowledge of international business laws.
